A Journey Back to Yourself

Discover strength, sisterhood, and somatic healing through embodied pole dance and fluid movement.

More Than A Pole Studio

We provide a space for women to connect with their bodies through sensual and slow movement, pole dance, guided by trauma informed and body positive instructors.

While pole fitness is part of our practice, our main focus is S Factor, a dance movement that encourages pleasure and sensuality in workouts and empowers women through self-expression, unique body movement, and community.

Our Classes Empower Women To Love & Trust their Bodies More Deeply Through Body-led Movement

Embrace Your Feminine Power, Sensuality, and Vibrancy with Sensual and Playful Body-led Movement.

Beginner Friendly Journey

Our classes offer a beginner-friendly experience that foster presence, strength, and flexibility in a supportive setting.

Beginners and students healing from injuries who need a slower and low impact movement, report improved mobility and reduced discomfort after taking S Factor classes, while experienced dancers enhance their flow and emotional connection by indulging in fluid pleasurable free style dance movement outside of the memorized lines of choreography.

We welcome all women identifying students regardless of previous dance or fitness experience.

We use pole, floor work, and free-form fluid movement to guide you on a journey of embodied self-expression & awakened sensuality
